Response times:

Emergency service response times (based on major system failure) are (2) hours. Non-emergency service response time is (48) hours from the time of the call. Add, move and change response time is generally 3-5 days, depending on materials ordered. Orders can be expedited when necessary, but providing much advanced notice is the best form of escalation. Scheduled appointments are available, too.

Labor rates:
CommPros does NOT charge travel or visit fees. CommPros does NOT charge for labor on warranty or maintenance customer equipment replacement. CommPros can perform all remote voice mail system adds, moves and changes within the warranty period of new customers, or the maintenance policy dates of an existing customer. Labor rate of $125.00 per (1) hour minimum.

Connection to CommPros:

CommPros has routine and emergency mailboxes for after hours trouble calls. Routine messages will be retrieved the following business day and entered into our system. Multi-Year Platinum Coverage Plans:
